If you wish to cancel your subscription, we recommend doing so at least 2 days prior to your scheduled order processing date. Every subscriber receives an email notification 5 days before your order is scheduled to process as to allow time for you to cancel BEFORE the order is processed. Once your order is processed, we cannot guarantee that we are able to cancel. See below for return instructions.
