We offer free shipping on all orders of at least $50.
Please allow for a 1-2 business day handling period after you place your order. During sales, promotions, or holidays, please allow for longer processing times of up to 3-5 days. We ship via USPS and typically use USPS Priority Shipping. Once your order is shipped, please allow for 2-5 days in transit.
Where We Ship:
We ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, & Alaska. At this point in time, we are not able to ship internationally.
If you have a contact or address in the United States, we could ship to them, and they could then ship our product to you in the case that you live out of the country.
All orders are processed securely by members of our Organic Body Éssentials team. Providing correct contact, billing, and shipping information will ensure a smooth transaction. Any information that is missing or incorrect may delay the order until all information is collected and processed.
Shortages or Order Mistakes:
Please report any shortages or discrepancies in your order within 7 days of receipt of goods to ensure that we make your order right as soon as possible.
Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Please report damaged goods right away (within 48 hours of receipt) and save the original packaging in the event that a claim is filed. If possible, please take a picture of the damaged box and/or product(s) and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with any details you can provide.
Once an order is placed, it may be canceled if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Your order cannot be canceled once it’s processed and the status is changed to “shipped”. If you want a refund for your order after it’s been processed – you may refuse the package upon arrival or return it, following the below instruction.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, we recommend doing so at least 2 days prior to your scheduled order processing date. Every subscriber receives an email notification at least 2 days before your order is scheduled to process as to allow time for you to cancel BEFORE the order is processed. Once your order is processed, we cannot guarantee that we are able to cancel. See below for return instructions.
Returns & Refunds
We allow for returns of unopened product within 30 days of receipt. CONTACT US TO START YOUR RETURN so we can find out how we can best be of assistance. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Your return may not be honored if you have not already discussed your return with one of our team members.
Returns for canceled orders will be subjected to a 40% restocking fee. This includes subscription orders that were not canceled before the order was processed for shipment. We spend our time and resources processing your orders: using packing materials, purchasing shipping labels, and not to mention labor! Moreover, our skincare and hemp products are made from food ingredients and are therefore perishable food products. As such, we absorb a full loss on all returns. Our team works hard and quickly to process the order you decided to place or schedule for auto-shipments.
When you purchase a product on subscription, you authorize us to charge and ship your future orders at the time interval you chose. If you are not prepared to be charged for your auto-ship, please do not order a subscription.
We will gladly accept returns caused by our error. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will send a shipping label for you to return free of charge.
For health, medical and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned. We accept returns only if product is not opened and safety seal is not broken.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of shipping may be deducted from the refund amount even if you received free shipping as a promotion when you placed an order.
As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based on your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Please allow for up to 5-10 business days (M-F) for your refund to return to your original form of payment once the refund has been issued.
If you have waited 5-10 business days after the refund has been issued and still have not received it, please check your bank account once more. If it’s still not showing up, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Otherwise, you can contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We only exchange or replace items if they are damaged or incorrect according to your order receipt. If you need to exchange a damaged or incorrect product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the case we send you a shipping label, this is of no cost to you and you simply need to give your package to a postman or drop it off at the United States Post Office (USPS).
