Refund and Returns Policy

We allow returns within 30 days of purchase (postage paid by customer), but it isn’t normal for us to have returns. Please contact us before starting your return so we can find out how we can best be of assistance.

Note that shipping costs & gift cards are non-refundable.


We issue refunds for shipping costs when you purchase a combined total of more than $45 on the same day from our two websites – (SKINCARE) and (CBD). These products are on separate sites for regulatory reasons, but will ship together in the same package.

If you have already contacted us about a return and are awaiting a refund… once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Otherwise, you can contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


We only replace items if they are damaged or incorrect according to your order receipt. If you need to exchange a damaged or incorrect product, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If we have sent you a shipping label to use, this is of no cost to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for a replacement shipment to reach you may vary.
